Relative lets you create relative shortcuts in Windows. Relative shortcuts can be moved along with their parent directory tree and still point to the same location within the tree. This installer adds a context menu to Internet Explorer; simply right-click on any file or folder and select "Create relative shortcut...", and elect the location where you want to create your shortcut.
